Change in date of birth in passport and re-issue

I need to change my date of birth in my passport which I applied for was on hold for Court Order (contradictory declaration order from court) to process further:
1. Change in DOB is more than 3 years;
2. Submitted to Passport authorities Birth Certificate issued by The Register of Births and Deaths from state governments (changed DOB);
3. Still Regional Passport asking for court order;
Can any one to guide me please

(i) Whether presently you have a passport or not?
(ii) if you have a passport, what is the date of birth shown in it? On what basis the date of birth was shown in the passport?
(iii) Now on what basis you say that your date of birth needs change?

(i) I have passport which was issued in Nov 1995 and validity expired on Oct 2005. Now applied for re-issue with change in DOB;
(ii) DOB shown in passport 22-06-1961 based on school certificate.
(iii) My parents declared wrong DOB on school records, Now I came to know, accordingly get it changed and issued from Register of Birth and Deaths as 09-07-1965; This change needs to correct on passport and re-issue, for that passport authorities asking contradictory declaration from court order; and it was on hold now;
please advice me.. Thanks

i) How did you come to know that your parents have given a wrong DOB?
ii) When did you come to know about it?
iii) Are you working some where? Whether in Govt. or in private?
iv) when did you get the revised Date of Birth Certificate?

i) My mother told me long back, but I am not reacted than. While renew my passport it is flashed to me and get it changed in Sept 1994; (Father is no more since 1978)
ii) long back may be 1999 approx, on some discussion
iii)I am working in private company; this change is not an effect;
iv) I get it revised in Sept 2014. At that time I am thinking to renew passport.

What is the document that you produced on the basis of which you were granted new date of birth certificate?
If the change in date of birth is of no effect for you, then whey do you want it to be changed in passport? It is not going to be easy.

Details of my birth day as per hospital which is recorded based on that birth certificate has been issued.
Secondly if it is not easy, shall I ask Passport authorities to re-issue the same as per expired passport details available with their records?
Thirdly, If I submit the court order to passport what is the impact, is any penalty to pay?

If I were in your position, I would not bother. I will 1. you can ask the passport authorities to re-issue as per old passport details.
