Sir,
Can I apply without the help of any lawyer before the Honourable Calcutta High Court for Certified copy of Probated will ? If so, then what is the procedure of applying for it ?

You could get it directly from the court by paying the fee.Neverthless seek the assistnace of the lawyer.

Neither original will be returned nor certified copy of will be supplied by court after order for granting probate has been passed.
