Certificate under section 65b of evidence act

I am petitioner and I received from respondent emails which are part of evidences. These email print outs were generated from my computer. Pls clarify that the Certificate under section 65B of Evidence Act has to be given by me during the evidences affidavit stage?

yes, it is mandatory, otherwise these mails can not be exhibited and not read by the court.

Rule 16/ORDER XVIII - CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908
Sir, I am foreign citizen of Indian origin. My case is adjourned for next date for ex parte divorce witness and evidences and which in this case is only myself.

Now can I apply under above rule since I need to leave India? Do i need to first apply to the District family court or direct to the HC under above rule?

Dear Nadeem Ji the Author is Posting Queries Only as time Pass and Nothing Is Genuine .Previously he was with the Name Rajinder and His Query " Lawyer threatening to With draw the Case ' was deleted by LCI also
