Excise Duty Paid on input goods at the @ of 12.5% and duty payable on manufactured output goods @ of 6 % in this case how much CENVAT can be utilised on output goods please help.

Input credit is taken at value incurred towards E.D. and not limited to same tariff rated goods.

Thank you very much Patnaik Ji, so in this case whether the manufacturer will be able to get refund of the duty paid by him on input goods as his output goods duty rate is half of the input goods.
