I have filled a caveat in Nagpur high court against an order passed by education officer to cancel the Appointments of Back Door Entry teachers on my Complaint... But in High court Teachers approached with dirty hands and didn't make me party or informed me while filling writ petition.. Teachers got ad interim relief and High court orders to issue their salaries till we file our reply .....Now what could I do to challenge the interim order

You file a strong reply so that High court stays payment of their pending salaries till disposal of Writ.You fight it out the writ on merits.

I presume that while filing caveat, you didn't make State of Maharashtra as one of the parties with presumptive title which led the petitioners to get the relief you mentioned in the query. As the relief was not sought against you so the petitioners might not have impleaded you as the respondents.

It is sup=rprising, how you have been granted an opportunity to file the reply to the petition, if you are not the party to the petition.

Respected expert.... I am the trustee of the trust under which we run this education institution in which some of the alleged Trustees had made Appointments of their Blood Relatives without following due procedure for recruitment by a BACK DOOR ENTRY and hiding valuable information from remaining Trustees. I have made several complaints to education department, on such complaints education officer enquired the matter and found that said Appointments were void ab initio hench education officer cancelled such irregular and illegal appointment on my complaint and there is reference of my complaints in the cancellation order of education officer.... Hence I filed a Caveat in the High court so that without hearing me there should not be any interim order or stay to the said order...... And on first hearing when we appeared sou moto in High court , court made us party but order to issue salaries of such BACK DOOR ENTRY APPOINTMENTS against whome we are having prima facie documentary evidence to show that they were never a part of our educational institutions.....
