Caste certificate

Sir

I belong to OBC,My parents being uneducated did not apply for caste certificate nor do any member in my family have caste certificate.
All the Family from my Grand Father were staying in Mumbai since 1940.
In order to get a caste certificate pl guide.I have the following documents.
1) Father's Birth Certificate-1942
2) Father's LC-Caste is mentioned.
3) Voters address proof since 1965.

What aare the other things needed.

Meet the local office. They would update on document if required more.

Contact with Block Development Office or Sub-Divisional Office of your State Govt.Then Affirm an Affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate and same submit to the the concerned office with other documents.
