At the time of incident car insurance is expired if I accept the case and paid the fine. suppose, he goes for insurance claim means what can I do? how much penalty will come? how much he can claim from this case?

Quite a premature and hyothetical question, "If I accept the case and paid the fine. suppose, he goes for insurance claim means what can I do?" You have adequately been advised.

Hypothetical questions with "IF" and "SUPPOSE" have no solutions. At legal angle, supposition can't do. Facts are needed.

The problem has not yet arisen. So when any problem arises, only then ask your question with facts that would exist at that time.

Engage a very able counsel to defend you.

You must have taken "bail" from trail court in criminal (FIR) case through a lawyer, seek his opinion and advise for all hypothetical questions involving "ifs" and "suppositions" on payment of consultancy charges.
