brother purchased car on sister's name few years back...sister is govt employ..
brother gave car to his son..who is involved in criminal offenses...car is on loan ...brother is paying all loan bt on sister's bank account..
due to criminal cases on son ...sister have to go to police stations and sign their ..car is also involved in criminal offenses...now son is in jail...
police gave car back...bt sister want to get out from this situation ...
what should she do now

Insufficient information. Background of involement of sister and her car in criminal case of son is necessary to form any opinion. Also, how purchase of car by brother in the name of sister and payment of installments are linked to the criminal case?

In addition to what Mr Dhingra asked I add that Has your sister informed her department within one moth of purchase of car. If not she is in any case liable for disciplinary action.
