Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 28 November 2014
Do be so harsh or ungrateful they have to file case against your own parents who have shown you the light of the day.

You have every right to disapprove a marriage but I wonder how you could think of filing case against them.

Do not expect me to advise filing case against your parents only because they are rude.
If you do not want , nobody can file case against you. In any event you can get separated from them.

Simply Refuse the Marriage and Inform BrideGroom's Family in a Polite manner.

If you are not satisfied with the marriage refuse the marriage. If you have independent source of income, explore the possibility of living separately from your parents. It is always better and advisable to have guidance of your parents in all such matters, after all they are your wellwishers.

I wonder when you already someone then why do you want to prosecute your parents?

It appears you want to take revenge upon your parents because they objected to your marriage with a person of your choice.

Would you like to intimate, having already attained majority two yours back, what is your compulsion to live with your parents when you have the desire to file a case against them by living in the same house?

Also, where is the case of forced marriage, when marriage has not taken place?

Yes Mr. NJS Rajkumar, of course, she is required to be questioned as her questioned due to the hypothetical nature of question, which she trid to put, as her own problem. A daughter staying in the home of her parents cannot be expected to think suing her parents. Contrarily, if she has such type of devastating ideas, her parents cannot be so courageous to put resistance, what to say of forcing, for marriage against her wishes.

Further to expert Mr Dhingra's views above, it may be noted that the girl has stated that she is in relationship with that guy for 3 years, it means, she has already a step ahead even before her parents knew of her relationship, now she is seeking help to legalise her relationship by posting a different query to sue her parents, etc.
