Card accident and booked under ipc section 337 mact case

Dear Sir,

I was booked under IPC Section 337 and at the same time MACT has issued a summon to me and Insurance Party to attend the court. Can anybody please explain is it necessary for me to attend the court or The Insurance party lawyer's presence is sufficient. What will be the outcome in this case. I mean what will be the judgement of MACT. Please advise....

You are liable if an accident involving your vehicle had occured.

You should attend the hearing.

You should attend the criminal hearing, if your vehicle is insured and you have valid DL then lawyer from insurance co.will attend the MACT hearing .
