Car parking space dimensions - gated communities in hyerabad

Hi,

I am one of the Flat Owners in a Gated community of 200+ flats in Hyderabad.Builder has called all owners this Saturday for Parking allotment and We are sure that parking demarcation/lining done by him is wrong and it leads to provding very small parking space for a Car.

Can you please enlighten us with the standard Car parking Space dimensions for a Flat in Gated community in Hyderabad as per GHMC/HMDA and as per law.

Whether society has been formed?

If not, let the society be formed and let it again allocate the parking.

The very reason I'm asking size of Car parking space as per Govt norms or as per law is that Builder seems to have done the lining/demarcation in such a way that parking for single car looks very small.

Even If we do later by ourselves,How would we come to know If there are sufficient no. of parking available for all the flats along with 10% visitor parking provision and also 2 wheelers parking provisions.

Please clarify on Car parking space dimension as stipulated by law.

The question involve architectural and structural engineering and not a legal query.

Contact Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (Land & Building) department or City/State Development Authority (as the case may be) since both of them are functioning under the provisions of their own Act of legislature.
