Car park in common land

hi,

I was having a land (common on all names) I and my family was using my share for long 25 to 30 yrs.
I used to park my car below the shade from 10 yrs .now some other people kept the car and not removing it.

what you can suggest.

Who is the owner/ titleholder of the land ?
Prima facie you have encroached upon the land owned by someone else.

Land belongs to all members of village n all names are in 7-12 and I was using small portion from 20-30yrs with no issue now suddenly they are claiming it's common.. I have prepared shade for car 10yrs back.civil case is ON for a year n car is kept as it is. I have requested court for stay n remove the car
