Can we file separate complaint in state human rights commission

Sir,
My complaint was dismissed by lokayukta with some fake judgements. can I file fresh complaint before state human rights commission ?
i wish to save time as it would be time consuming filing appeal in high court. my case relates release of a withheld result for 3 years without any reason.

The matter could be taken up, independently, with the Human Rights Commission. I understand that you are form Kerala; filing a petition is Keral HC is not that difficult, even for a party in person.

Mr.P.Venu should Not Misguide by stating As If Only in Kerela High court filing the Petition is Not Difficult.All the Honorable Courts in India functions Very well and all the Clients would be Comfortable in all the courts including Supreme Courts.

Director Arunagiri of Gemmia Oil tech Ltd had Questioned With out Reading the Query properly.Nothing is With Held.May be because of his Tight schedule in his company which had a market capital of Rs 900 crore Once.

u are right P.Venu sir i am from kerala and i am a student of IMK under kerala university. my result of mba was withheld for not bribing the university officials for 3 years after completion of my course. have anyone heard of this that I have not seen my mark list of 3rd and 4th semester for the past 3 years and on november they released stating that i failed. iam 2011-13 batch student. here the court said they cannot look into these kinds of matters and making fake certificates is not their concern too..tats y got fed up filing cases....not even a single client without an advocate can get relief and here most advocates dont want their clients to get relief....wat to do sir....this is a situation..i got selected several times in job test and interview , in kerala psc too but lost all without my degree certificate.............human rights and fundamental rights doesnot have any meaning here....

Yes, I was in Government service, a position of responsibility in Central Government and had retired on 30/6/2013. I do not feel anything to ashamed or being embarrassed of it.
After retirement, I have enrolled with Bar Council of Kerala and is practising in the local court. Certainly, I do not have anything lay claim of much standing as a legal professional.
However, I am willing to offer whatever little help I can offer to the author within my capacity, limited as it is; fees is not the constraint.
