Can file a complaint against illegal second wife of husband

Hello Experts,
My husband has performed illegal second marriage.He also registered it and got the marriage registration certificate.
Both have mentioned their marital status as "unmarried" while registering for second illegal marriage registration.
Where as my husband is not divorced yet and his second wife is divorced.
1) Can I take an action against them for furnishing wrong information into the registrar office ?
2) Is second wife liable for IPC 494 or any other legal action because she is aware that my husband was not divorced during second marriage ?

You have been asking this question number of times and you have been told if you don't have prove of the second marriage ceremonies of your husband there can be no bigamy complaint under section 494 IPC filled against him. Merely he got a marriage registered with another woman by making false statements will not make him liable for offence of bigamy under section 494 IPC.
Yes these two made false statements to the registrar of marriages for registration of such fake marriage, that is an offence for which only the Registrar of Marriages can file criminal complaint against them for making false statements on oath. You file formal complaint against both of these persons to the Registrar and request him to get them prosecuted for the offence of perjury etc.

Respected Sir,
As I have already mentioned that I have their marriage registration certificate and also said that they have mentioned wrong information to get that certificate.So, I just wanted to check what action can be taken against their fraud.

Why do you repeat same story time and again, which is absurd, ridiculous and stupidity ?

Hundreds of query in this forum with your same query will not land you anywhere and it will be just a waste of your time. If your marriage with your husband is a valid marriage and during the substinence of your marriage if he entered into second marriage, than nothing is stopping you to charge them with criminal offence under IPC. Just obtain the copy of the marriage registration along with your valid marriage documents and take action against them as per laws, in spite of making repeated query.
