its the right of your wife and you to plan your family no one may force you. If your wife wants to have a child pl talk to your wife

tanveer,

WHAT A QUERY BHAI!

YOU AND YOUR WIFE ARE THE "BEST JUDGE" TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION.

Try to have amicable settlement, save marriage. Do not form it a point of ego. If she want, you may proceed to have baby.

Being a father in law, he is not enemy of your married life and is concerned with the happiness of his daughter as well.

You have not mentioned, why you do not want baby for 2 years.

Whether your wife employed?

ou want to run marriage on the basis of law from very beginning.

legally they have no right

anyway it appears that the marriage may also not continue for long the way the things are shaping up.

save for litigation.

You have not stated whether your wife is pregnant or not.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 26 October 2016
Both parties have to mind their temperament.

FIL must not shout, must not take her daughter out from matrimonial/husband's home.

Husband must not ask (order) wife to get pregnancy test done.

Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 26 October 2016
Go away with the ego, otherwise may fall in trap of long litigation, ruining your best age of life.

Try to save marriage.
