Can documents be registered at nearby district?.

On account of online activities by the Govt. is it possible to register documents executed at one district at nearby district of the same state?.

Yes sir it is possible but it differ from state to state.

No the Registration could be done Only at the Concerned Office.In Exceptional cases if a property of Particular Place is Registered in Concerned Registrar Office in addition the Registrar would permit to Register the documents of Other Places also But the documents would be Transferred to Concerned Registrar Office and Encumbrrance would be Created.In your case it is NO>

In your case if you are not able to attend you could appoint a Power of Attorney to get it executed on your behalf.POA could be executed and Registered in your Current/Present Place it self.Consult the Senior Document writer at your area Registrar Office to draft the POA.
