Can court order husband to pay wife litigation fees

Me and husband is going through null and void case for four months, as I am not a earning person it is getting difficult to pay for advocate each time. If there is a possibility , can i apply to the court to ask husband to my legal charges.if so how can I do it. Please help me . Thanks in advance.

Ji, Now-a-days there are free legal aid service centres in most of towns. Try there. If you request the court, the court may take a lenient view, your request may be considered. Consult your own counsel.

1. You can represent your own case without the need for a Lawyer, thus saving in legal fees.
2. On proper application, Court may grant costs of proceedings, which the husband becomes bound to pay PROVIDED it is not a mutual consent proceedings.
