Can builder sell car parking area

Dear Sir,

I heard that recent real estate amendment act,Now builder can able to sell car parking slot.I my self Bangalorean and my flat registration has done on 2016.Now what is the provision for me to get car parking slot in my apartment.

It is State (Maharashtra) notification, which has limited applicability.

I agree with the views of Dr. Vashistaji. It noted that it is a draft rules as observed from the press clippings link. It is also noted that Karnataka also passed similar act. You may like to check.
