Sir
Criminal as well as departmental actions were initiated against me fo identical allegations wherein i have been exonerated in departmental inquiry. Can i make an application for withdrawal of criminal prosection

This is not an enough ground to stop prosecution.
In trial you can rely upon the outcome of DP but mere exoneration in DP is not enough in itself to quash the proceeding.
This is well settled law set by the supreme court.
If you have merit in other count then only go for quashing.
