Dear Sir, I had rented one shop and afterwards my landlady has denied electrification and given in written to SDO electricity not to give electricity , than I had took the help of High court. Hona'ble court has asked SDO to decide and then the Ex En has decided in written in my favor. But after four month of struggle still electrification not happened. Now my agreement for the aforesaid shop has expired and I have filed injunction suit.now can I file suit for contempt against SDO. Please advice as I am in great trauma

You want to file contempt against SDO, who has decided the electrification case in your favour and against landlord, isn't it? If so no case is made out even then you can try and make an experiment against landlord (who is reluctant to continue you as his tenant by extending your rent agreement).

YOU CAN FILE CONTEMPT PETITION. BUT YOU WILL NOT SUCCEED. YOU KNOW THE REASONS YOURSELF.

The orders of the SDO who have sanctioned the electrification but remained unimplemented are to be seen, then only the reasons for non-implementation can be understood and further legal action on the issue can be decided. Contact a local advocate and proceed as per his further advise.
Biswanath Roy (Expert) 14 July 2014
File a Writ of Mandamus for denial of NATURAL JUSTICE in the matter of electrification making STATE GOVERNMENT, SDO AND YOUR LANDLORD as parties therein.
