Sir,
We have file many complaint Police station, sp, dcp, dysp, human rights, lokaaayukt, cpmumbai, cm 3times
1)The police has not action against guilty and try closing file by taking statement.
2).i am going file 156(3),190 to magistrates.
Tell.
In this section.
What benefit for me?.
In this section magistrates trf to crime unit?
What penalty levy on guilty person?
Reasonable fees to be charge by advocate?
Advice any section, in which he will goto jail3
Can I take got layer free of cost?

If FIR is not registered then only you can file petition u/s 156(3) crpc for registration of FIR and start if investigation.
If FIR is already registered but police is sitting idle then file writ petition in high court.
Fees of advocate varies and no one can predict the outcome of case.

Ans: If police is not filing FIR, you can approach directly to Magistrate for filing your complaint.
In this section magistrates trf to crime unit?
Ans: Court may send it to police for investigation.
What penalty levy on guilty person?
Ans; If crime proved, accused would be punished as per law.

Ans: Fee / charges differ from lawyer to lawyer / case to case.

Ans: Section would be applicable in accordance with the guilt.

Ans: For private complaint private lawyer has to be engaged.
