I want to buy constructed house in panchaythi layout but banks are asking LRS for that but builders showing land conversion docs is land coversion is enough to get bank loan

As the insisted by the banks LRS is must. Get it and produce to the bank. Otherwise drop the ideal of buying that house.

The documents required by the Bank need to be provided, ask the builder to provide or search other property.
