What are the grounds and material to sue?

Better forget her and search better proposal.

In love for 4 yrs with a promise to marry later, both the elders agreed, but later on the girl betrayed, the boy wants to sue for breach of contract(promise to marry).
Dear querist,
There are only two options:
1.Try to convince the girl(U have not mentioned the reasons for her betrayal) and marry her
2.Forget everything and lead a new life marrying a girl of the parents choice.
The other option as mentioned by are waste of time and money.

Dil deta he roh roh duhahi kisse koi pyar na kare , badhi mehangi padegi judai kisse koi pyar na kare.

-- Hear song in Pankaj Udhas voice it is very good.

--- And please remember heart breaks before marriage are common things , such incidence are very common . Nothing can be done. Take break with this song for some time. After 6 months start searching a girl for marriage , God will give you better girl who will be more suitable and take your care very well and understand you.

Have faith in God.

---- There is no legal solution within frame work of law, I have seen many cases as youth before you and I also know what they did at end nothing was achieved . Only thing my solution is best solution in my opinion.

Relax for 6 months Pray to God after 6 months start searching for Bride .

Good Luck dear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
