Hi,
I have a query regarding MCD booked property. How the property comes under this? how many things MCD consider to keep the property under booked category ?
I understand that, This is related to unauthorized construction only.
I am staying in Uttam nagar. It comes under unauthorized construction but we have proper registry for this and documents as well. What will be the impact on us in future. If MCD take any action.
Please help !

Any other property sealed in the locality?
Did you file an appeal before appropriate authority?

You will have to consult and engage a prudent local lawyer to take on your brief/ case and proceed showing relevant documents of title, possession and impugned sealing order passed by Commissioner MCD.
There is limitation to file an appeal to seek a stay followed by de-sealing the property through Court order, it is too late.
