Blank vakalathnama

A lawyer took my signatures on 2 blank Vakalathnamas. But we had discussed to file one PIL petition. What are the ways in which "taking signatures on a blank Vakalathnama" be misused?

One copy is for court proceedings and other for office copy of lawyer.

Visit the lawyers office and ask for signed vakalatnama if you think it can be misused. Fill the columns in the vakalatnama and give it back if you feel appropriate.

always trust your lawyer. he never make you loss. ultimately lawyers are just in a position of GOD when someone who is immense need of help to protect his legal rights.
