Before getting accussed

Respected Experts,
I have gvn my queries regarding false 498a i think before the regestration of 498a should i have given a written statement to SP of the dist.and concern police station that my wife being lawer is going to file a false 498a /other IPCs would this be taken as my evidence in the court plz help and suggest as possible
1.A letter to SP
2.A letter to Women cell
3.A letter to police station
4.wt should i have be done at that time and wt should i do now??

If a false case, Police will not proceed any further. If the policeman overreach, then you may seek the good offices of the SP. over enthusiasm may turn out to be counterproductive.

If the FIR is registered, Police will record your statements. While recording your statements you can give your defense statements.
