hello,
I wanted to open a beer shop in bhilai district in the state of chhattisgarh, i wanted to know the procedure for obtaining a license for a beer shop and every kind of permit that is required for running beer shop in chhattisgarh.

License for FL Shop is granted through draw of lots among eligible candidates at a time when the govt. fixes by paper publication. So keep your eyes wide when govt. announces next draw of lots.

Superitendent State Excise Duty Department
Of your district
Aggrement for place.
Bank gurantee.
Fees in prescribed format.
Income tax certificate.
Place owners certificate for giving you permission to open the shop in his place.
Map of place
Municipal corporation's No Obligation Certificate.
Police stations certificate that you are not filed with any type of offense or FIR.
Rs.100 bond paper guaranteeing that you have no due for income tax or sales tax.
Partnership certificates and bonds(if any).
Shop and organisation registration and permission certificate.
Solvency Certificate
