Beating by relatives

Dear Sirs,

I had gone to my village last week.There was a dispute between me and my relatives over agricultural land. I was abused and beaten by four of them.

I do not have any witness. No villager or other relative is ready help me.

Kindly advise me what to do. I want to prosecute and punish them in court of law.

Lodge the complaint with police and let them unearth the truth.
However if no witness come forward during investigation by police then your case will reach at dead end.

This is purely UR local affair.U have given only one side of the coin,we are not aware as to what transpired for the incident.Hence better go to the police for help.

To add to above did you get some external injury and MLC done with lodging of a complaint/FIR?

Why did you not lodge a complaint against the culprits immediately after the incidence took place?, even now you may lodge the complaint, rush.
