sir, i like to know in a country like india which is a secular country every religion is equal treated ,the person who has a right to move freely perform all his fundamental right , then why the BAN ON BEEF EATING. I LIKE TO KNOW THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO BAN THE THINGS THAT ARE GUTKA, CIGARETTE, LIQUOR, WHICH ARE DANGEROUS, WHY THE GOVERNMENT SEEMS BLIND ON THIS ,

Not a legal problem.

Better ask the representatives elected by you and other public. Your elected representatives may not be having the same vies as you are having about all other things.

However, if aggrieved, file a PIL to challenge the consitutional validity of the ban.
