As a evidence investigating officer not comes in murder case since 4 years

sir i am from dhanbad and my father murder case was files on 2004.Many process i done like meet to sp,write letter to dgp,through djp warrant issued,judge also notice them and many other but IO still not comes.pls suggest me what can i do

What is the present status of the case.
I belive the charge sheet must have been filed. if that is so then expedeite the trial.

If the IO is not appearing for evidence, prey the court to issue warrants.

case is still running but highcourt ordered that 10yrs old cases are closed upto march 2015 and court give us last chance for the date of evidence(IO).Sir pls help us otherwise my case getting loose.

If on the summons of court, IO is not at all appearing to depose evidence, the court may issue witness warrant against the IO, you can ask the Public Prosecutor to insist the same before the court.
