Applying for divorce case

Dear all
I am from chennai, some details about me , I am a common middle class man . I am work for a private firm and my wife is a house wife we have got married in 2009 and we have 11 month old baby. As we differ in our mind set as she thinks that only she wants her family member, even she is ready to ill treat me because of them and try to take revenge on me and never what to change her mind set. Even she try to threaten that she will go to police and register case. The above issue carries for past 3 years.
Even her parents and elder brother ill treats me and my family member with bad word and make us ashamed in front of others. They never want to advise her daughter and they support her, so i what some legal advise on the above issue to safe guard me and my baby.
As i feel that this relationship cannot continue future i would like take issue legally.

Marital problems are indeed are very hard to remove but unfortunately legal recourse is not a solution unless you have decided to end this relationship for ever.
I would advise to give another try and then to think of divorce.

better visit a marriage counsellor . for sake of baby try to save your marriage

PROBLEM : A Husband to wife" A Barking DOG ,so badly disturbing me, throw stone, and shut him up, get it out""
Wife to Husband "" He is from my village, what a sweet music, he is singing, let him be in our house, and feed.

BOTH H & W BECOME BARKING BITING DOG- & BITCH ""
SOLUTION::
HUSBAND TO WIFE:: THAT DOG SEEMS HUNGRY, BRING HIM IN OUR HOUSE AND GIVE ROTI.. FOOD, HOW NICE IT LOOKS. Very nice doggy!!!
WIFE:: WILL will start sweet singing, feel dancing, PREPARE BEST FOOD,
all three enjoy company,Happily and Dog will faithfully protect their (marital) Life!!
Will you like to spoil your life, loose happiness,remain hungry , in tension,
or enjoy food , respecting her village Dogs?? Choice is yours..
Thinking of Wife:: Everything and every of her relatives : she loves, and want u to love.. The moment you dislike them, she and her Dogs dislike you and start biting you, barking at you..
You Have to scarify something to get something!!
And, after few days She only will remove all DOGS saying, they are burdens,.barking, eat away our food,
YOU need to act in drama for few days...
Understand the psychology of Women, it is opposite to that of MAN..
then Enjoy it..

This is for all newly wedded Husbands..[ for few year] [ cost of pleasure, cost of ur becoming father and a family man]

Act trick-fully, especially in nuclear family ...
Majority marriage breakdown due to husband dislike her parents and relative// Wife dislike his parents, br sis. AVOID IT. IT PAYS U AUTOMATICALLY.

Try to get the matter solved amicably, take help of marriage counselor if possible.
