Application for renewal of my certificate of practice

Respected Sir,
I am a non practicing advocate working as legal advisor in a finance company I have neglected my COP please advice me how to renewal my COP as per the present rules of practice.

Get permission from the Bar council for practicing with a condition to clear the eligibility test within two years.

If you had completed the law degree before 2010, no need to clear the eligibility test.

In my understanding, the relevance of certificate of CoP arises only when you have ceased to in employment and get the enrollment renewed.

1. You are not eligible for Certificate of Practice, till you continue in any type of employment.
2. Resign & then Apply to the local Bar Council for your certificate of practice.
3. Suggestion: Be happy as a "legal adviser" rather than ....
