Hello everyone, I am the respondent no. 4 in a second appeal filed against me and I don't want to make lawyer and I want to appear in person for the same in court. What's the procedure for appearance in high court in person?
Do we have to submit any application for the same?
Do we need to give our statement in written to the court or we have to give it in oral when asked by judge for the same?

Every person has the right to appear-in-person before any judicial forum or authority. It is a primary right.
However, appearing before a judicial forum involves many a rigour; it is much less since you are the respondent.

If you want to appear before the High Court in person, you can certainly do so. You can file an application to the same court mentioning that you shall be appearing as a party in person.

There is no need to move any application, get your attendance marked, proceed as respondent No 4 in-person, as required by law.
No Court in India (rather globally) can refuse and ask/ insist/ compel for engaging a lawyer to represent yourself.
