Sir plz give me suggest how to prove my Clint is juvinile.my Clint date of birth is 12/3/2001& incident is 10/3/2018. Henious offence is 376ipc,5/6pocso.and jj board commit to children court. Sec 15 medical report in 26/7/2018.

After amendment in Section 376 IPC the accused shall be prosecuted as "adult".
