Appeal to hc against order by sessions court

(Querist) 03 March 2015 This query is : Resolved 

1.Interium order for maintance amount of Rs.10,000/- passed by Magistrate Court in Domestic Violence Case

2. Against this order I gone for appeal to District Court (Sessions Court)

3. In appeal also District court confirmed the magistrate court order as above.

4. Shall I go to High Court for appeal against the Disctrict Court order. If so, what is the time limit to go for appeal to HC

mere filing of appeal dopes not make sense . what is your income ? is your wife working or not ? please clarify .

No appeal lies in High court but Revision lies u/s 482 croc for which there is time of 90 days.

You have right to go for an appeal if not satisfied with the orders of lower court. It would be better to go for appeal if you have merits in your favor.
