Is Appeal possible on Uncontested Dismissed Suit (if merits exists). If not what other remedies are available ?

For any Suit Appeal in High Court/Supreme Court is applicable with Valid Justifications.But in your case you say it is "Uncontested".Have you ever appeared in this case.If you had Not appeared and if it is an Ex Parte order there are Possibilities of Setting aside the Order and Reopening the Case in the Same Court with suitable Justifications.Consult your Local Good advocate.

Yes you May prefer appeal against ex-parte judgment or file petition for setting aside ex-parte decree/judgment.
