Appeal against order under o 22 r 4 of cpc

(Querist) 28 August 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Where will the appeal against an order under Order 22 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure go ? To the Divisional Bench of HC or by way of SLP to SC?

Order 22 Rule 4 :Procedure in case of death of one of several defendants or of sole defendant.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

1. if dismissed by lower court then to district court.

2. if dismissed by district court then to high court.

3. if dismissed by high court then to supreme court.
