sir
builder has made a condomonium of the 9 story building which he build in pune.
now office bearers of this condomonium are putting conditions to all flat owners that they cannot give their flats on leave license to any bachelors/spinsters and foreigners citing the problems they may create to other residents in the building and also asking us to take prior permission from the managing committee by submitting the regd copy of the leave license agreement and also tenant information form duly acknowledged by the concerned police station.
do the managing committee has powers to enforce this and they are passing a resolution in the extraordinary general meeting called for this purpose without any voting in person and just by voice vote of the persons present during the meeting .
as this is not in the interest of flat owners like me who want to rent out the flat to good students/bachelors/spinsters.
can i challenge this if yes in which forum/court in pune

not to allow bachelors , foreigner etc is in the interest of other family residents.
So ALLOWED.
iT SAFEGUARDS DAUGHTERS 16-22 AGE; SINGLE WIFE, HUS IN FOREIGN, AND SO ON. iT CREATE VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM.
wHY TAKE RISK? FOR EARNING MORE MNEY AS RENT? TO INTRODUCE EVERY 11 MONTHS A STANGER NEIGHBOUR, AND HAVE WORRY/ TENSION ALL 24 HRS?? WHO GUARANTEE?? tHERE ARE THOUSANDS OF CASES, & IT RESULT IN VIOLENCE/ MURDER/ RUNNING AWAY OF THEIR DAUGHTERS! DRINKING PARTIES OF SINGLES// & SO ON! MANY CRIMINALS USE THIS FACILITY, AND LATER ON pOLICE INVESTIGATION// HEADACHE TO mG COMMITTEE MEMBERS/ OFFICE BEARERS!! ???
