Akrama sakrama scheme for green belt areas

(Querist) 26 May 2015 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,

I have a query on the so called popular scheme that government of Karnataka is going to implement.

the scheme says at one point all the illegal and unauthorised layouts /houses can be legalysed , even built in the green belt areas as per the CDP 2015 master plan.
'But in the other point it also says, Layouts /houses formed in the restricted areas like Lake bund, Park, Green Belt cannot be regularised under this scheme.

I wanted to know from the experts who have already studied the rules and regulations document for getting the property regularised through akrama sakrama bill.

Also at one point it says only property owners whose property is registered before Oct 13 2013 are eligible under this scheme. if then what will be the fate of the same property if it is sold ,lets say 3 transactions after this date till now.those properties can never be legalised?

I have a house built in the green belt area in bangalore since 30 years ,that time it was just outside the village panchayat limits.

The akrama sakrama scheme is local scheme of the state government/local administration authority. If you have the printed copy of the said rules you may peruse the same patiently and find out an answer if found for all your queries, if not consult a local lawyer who is very well conversant of the local laws and will be able to guide you properly on this. In fact the said rule is yet to be implemented so why dont you wait for its implementation to know the rules fully and properly(?)
