the plaintiff instituted a civil suit regarding agreement to sell allegedly has been executed by the defendant. defendant resided at place A and the property is also situated place A, while the alleged agreement to sell was executed at place B far away from the place A, moreover when the alleged agreement was allegedly executed then defendant suffered a paralytic attack and confined to bed and unable to move, moreover the back side upon the endorsement of purchase of the stamp paper upon which alleged agreement was executed did not bears the thumb impression of the defendant and expert of plaintiff has compare the thumb impression upon the agreement and upon a photostat copy. there is enough interline spacing between the lines of the alleged agreement to sell and name and addresses of witnesses and date of agreement was hand written and remaining agreement was typed with computer and defendant has already died before the institution of the suit.
kindly give me citations upon that the thumb impression is not compare upon a photostat copy and citation and upon interline spacing and upon agreement executed on the different place and some part of agreement handwritten and some part typed in favour of defendant.

Citations do not work in such matters since minute details are always separate.
Whether the agreement is registered if not it is valid defense.
Even otherwise study the plaint properly and fist file O.7 r.11 applications so that you get time to file WS and other side case is more exposed for you to take proper steps later.
