Hello sir..please inform whether agreement of sale cum gpa with possession (agpa) is valid even after the death of claimant...can the legal heirs of claimant sell the property...or the person who executed agpa can sell da property...from whom the property should be purchased...

The sale agreement is a different subject to that of the GPA.
If the GPA holder is reported to have died, then the GPA deed becomes infructuous.
However if the sale agreement is not barred by limitation then the legal heirs of the deceased buyer can initiate legal process for getting the registered sale deed executed in their favor as per provisions of law for the purpose.
