Against wife

my wife has completed her LLB and she is doing LLM from akola. she also doing practice with one senior advocate.
How can i prove that she has completed LLB and doing LLM by documents. I came to know that she has file for 'Sanad' also before 4-6 months.
how can i prove that she is now lawyer and not required maintenance. (She live in other state)

You may have to pay maintenance even if she is practising law and you cannot avoid paying it until you prove her income properly through practice.

You have to prove her income in maintenance case. Merely proving education or studying status may not be helpful.

You can visit office of the State Bar council / write to them and gather the information.

Not only you need to prove that she is a practicing lawyer but also that her income from her practice is much enough to keep her up to your standard of living.Proving fact that she is doing LLM shall go against you.

And courts know how much a junior earns while learning practice with a senior.
