my grand father give a affidavit about 30 year ago to his brother for change the land GIRDAWARI.my grand father and his brother death about 8 year ago. now affidavit is valid ? it is notary attested. can i change girdawari through this affidavit ?

Girdawari (survey)is being conducted with every crop (rabi & kharif) of the crop cultivated by a farmer which is recorded by village Patwari being checked for authenticity by girdawar (supervisor) and reported to Tehsildar through Kanugo, which can not be changed except manipulations.
No affidavit by any farmer works, check and consult a local lawyer with revenue record of your land under cultivation by your grandfather and his successors.
