Advise on devorce

Sir, I married a girl in may 2014. After 1 month I could know that she had an affair with married person through exchange of messages among them. But with the assurance that she will not be involved in him anymore, I excused her. But later on she started to call him and speaking hours together and more frequently. Now I don't have any evidence of conversation but I have call records. She is (8 months) pregnant also. I want to have divorce from her. So I request u to tell me that is divorce possible and if yes how will b its course. And will I get an opportunity to have DNA test of borne Baby and how.

you cannot file for divorce unless period of one year has elapsed from date of your marriage except in exceptional circumstances . since marriage has taken place in My 2014 wait for some months before taking any decision . merely because your wife is talking to another man on phone and calls him frequently does not prove that she is having an extra marital affair

Yes, it is better to wait till passing of one year.
Reply on mental cruelty. Illicit relationship if alleged but not proved would boomerang your case and would be counter productive.

Sir now its more than 1& half year since i have married. Also i have a child of one year. As per the guidance of reputed &respected members, i have waited to complete one year and also tried to get my wife away from her boyfriend, in interest of my cute boy. But still she is involved in him that she is talking on phone continuously with him. Now its beyond my toleration capacity. Plz tell me how i can get rid of her. And also i want to have child with me. Even she doesn't care my child properly.
