Adverse remarks in ACR

I was worked as LDC under army officer in 1999/2000 .I was given remarks that I am casual in work and RO also he has given me remarks that I am chase to his work .I am being LDC I was the only dealing clerks of 70 persons I was not giving a single warning or any other order regarding my work but in July 2000 they given me a paper to sign it that your ACR is adverse and past it on my ACR .

Could you Repeat your Last Post Mr.Prithivi Raj singh.Ofcourse except Mr.Kumar Doab and Mr.Sudhir Kumar all others in this Thread are Fake here I Agree.Certainly the so called RK goyal Mrs or Ms Or Mr I do not know is a fake Madam backing the Fraudelent Company Gemmia Oil Tech ltd suspended in BSE and SEBI which had cheated the Indian Public to the tune of Rs 900 Crores.But Mr.Kumar Doab and Mr.Sudhir Kumar takes genuine efforts to help you.Please Mind your words.

You have no case now for representation.

The site is not fake, but your case seems to be quite fake and fictitious, as in any promotion case, in normal course ACRs of 5 years are checked, not for 17 years or of the whole service period.
Even if there is any truth in your case, you are 17 years late in making representation to get adverse remarks of your ACR expunged.

I don't think it is his real problem. I am of the opinion that it is merely a law school test question to which he frantically seeks solution.
You may or may not open your mind to guide him that is your own outlook.

Probably, Mr. Doab offers you the best opportunity by getting the Rules of ACRs changed at his instance. Better forward your application through him for his recommendations to the MOD as well as the DoPT.
