Accident claim regarding carrier loss

sir m a serving soldier of indian army , recently i cleared exam for army officer ( for lieutenant) and when i was going for training , a government roadways bus hit me frm back resulted in permanent disability , i lost all my carrier options in army , even my candidature was cancelled as i was unfit for training , m a c class gov employ and for the post i waz permoted comes under a class officer , so i need ur assistance how much compensation i can claim as i lost all my carrier prospect in my job although got 35% disability from ortho side , waiting for your valuable guidelines .

There is no defence forces specialised litigation involved.

You have to file case in MACT Act and claim compensation of all the loss of wages due to this injury (present wages as well as reasonably expected). In this case after joining as officer your wages were likely to be increased by 2-3 times and as you stated you lost these earnings because of this accident. With 35% injury you suffer career even as PBOR and may not be able to rise upto Sub Major and will also suffer retirement at lesser age. All these facts contribute to decide compensaion.

i have query regarding ur opinion sudhir kumar ji as u said my compensation may have risen to 2-3 times if i joined , but i was abut to join & because of sumone's fault i didnt , i hav all the relevant documents regarding joining and accident , is thr any difference for after joining or before joining , and last opinion i want from expert if i leave my job on the basis of my medical disability , will it really effect my case .

Since you were employed as a soldier and going to attend officer's training academy, it would be calculated by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in your claim.
