She dont have affair with X , X was just propopsal for marriage, X liked her. Later he did chatting vulgar with her only once .
Then she denied his proposal & was not in contact with him. But due to that chatting her husband is saying that she has affair.
She also wrote to matrimonial site about this. But her profile is now deactivated .
They want some legal order to show that he was member of their site. But it will take little time.
Should she deny or accept & give the clarification.

It is settled law that if some evidence had been stolen in good faith i.e., if it is taken to unleash fact to Court of Justice than it will be no crime at all.

The full story is she met with one guy on matrimony site. He liked her, & then they chatted on email 2-3 times & in last chats that guy started chatting vulgur , she didnt understand but she just reply 2-3 sentences on it & left chat. Later she came to know that guy dont want to marry , he just want to do timepass. So she rejected him. But these chat was stored in her email id. She never was in contact with that guy nor she was in relationship with him. She can give any type of test to prove that she has good character. But later while divorce case , her husband hacked her email id & got that chats & he presented it in court & now showing that she has affair with that guy. But it is wrong. Please guide whether to deny or accept it in court & how to prove that she was in no relationship with him.

Please guide

Author, she has to deny the petition filed by her husband as she is innocent by proving herself as she has no affair with that guy. show all material you have to your counsel.
