Hi experts

I have cases pending in criminal court under sections 424,427,506r/w 341 ipc

Can i go abroad for further studies or for job please help me out in this issue

Criminal complaint cases pending in the Indian court will be big obstruction for your visa process even if you have Indian passport. The foreign country you want to travel for education/job will seek your reply to the pending criminal cases against you and you cannot hid the truth about these, after this information will your visa granted or not depend on the law of that country.
