Me and my ex wife mutually got divorce in August 2014, but now she and her family is pressuring me to remarry her or pay her good some money otherwise they said they put charge me me that I fraudly took divorce from her.. what really can they do to me?? Can police charge me with any case like this?

Are you paying some maintenance charges to your ex-wife? If so how much and on what basis?

Apparently it was MCD and both of you appeared before court.

I paid her 5.50 lakh as her course fees as we agreed. Now her parents are asking more. COURT didn't say me to pay anything because we sorted that before going to court. Divorce decree says everything is clear between both parties.

My worry is that now they are making stories that I forced her to give divorce and they said police will charge me with 420. Can it happens?

Do not bow before the blackmailing.
They have very weak case / having negligible merits in their favor.

Saying, telling, verbal stories, gossip, rumor, hearsay are all verbal modes.
Check with your own lawyer that handled your case.

Payment of course fee cannot be said as maintenance charges, even if divorce decree says everything is clear between both parties, if not discusses about maintenance charges. Better settle legally for the maintenance charges with your wife, may be in the shape of one time settlement for alimony or monthly maintenance charges. Otherwise, nobody can refrain her or her parents from making any criminal charge against you.
