Respected sir, I want to ask that how can I get bank details like FDR details,savings detail or statements , of my wife through RTI?

Address the public Information officer of the bank to furnish the details. Spouse can get the details. It cannot be held as third party information.

Bank is not obliged to give you details of your wife's bank accounts. The bank is obliged to maintain confidentiality of the data of the investors. Even through RTI, if you ask for details with particular reference to your given account No. the bank would be obliged only to give you the address of the account holder, not the details of deposits and withdrawals made in the account.

I need such information in a running case of CrPC 125...
As I invested so much money in her name and daughter,,and she is telling lies in court that she doesn't have money to survive...she approximately have 30L worth assets with her..

Since you have invested in her name that itself would be a defense. You can take the help of your counsel including seeking orders of court as opined by experts.

The banks may not furnish information through RTI act hence you may request court to issue summon the bank manager to attend the court along with his statement in this regard.
